The Grand Awards are the trips to the Canada Wide Science Fair.

The London District Science & Technology Fair is allowed to send a maximum of ten students to the Canada Wide Science Fair each year.

In 2011 we will send all ten students, made possible by a one-time grant to Youth Science Canada by the Ministry of Research & Innovation.

The number we send is limited by the sponsorships we are able to attract. It costs about $2000 to send each student to the CWSF.

It is likely that in 2012, when the Canada Wide Science Fair is in Prince Edward Island, we will onlly be able to send about five students.

Our long term goal is to increase our sponsorship so that we can send all ten students to the CWSF every year.
