**The Schedule is subject to change

Fri 30 March	Time	Grades 4 – 12
	2:00 pm – 5:00 pm	Tables, cloths and electrical outlets are set up in the gymnasium.
	6:00 pm – 9:00 pm	At the time assigned to you, set up your display in Althouse Gymnasium.
Sat 31 March	Time	Grades 4 – 5
	12:00 pm	Arrive.
	12:15 pm	Show your display to the reviewers.
	1:00 pm	Do a science activitiy. Split into groups
	1:45 pm	Do a science activity.
	2:30 pm	Show your display to the public.
	3:30 pm	Return home.
Sat 31 March	Time	Grades 6 – 8
	8:45 am	Arrive at your Exhibit
	9:00 am	Judging Round One
	11:00 am	Split into three groups. These will be pre-assigned. Workshop Schedule.
	11:15 am	Group 1: Lunch in the Cafeteria; Group 2: Activity; Group 3: Activity.
	12:05 am	Group 1: Activity; Group 2: Lunch in the Cafeteria; Group 3: Activity
	12:55 pm	Group 1: Activity; Group 2: Activity; Group 3: Lunch in the cafeteria
	1:30 pm	Judging Round Two
	1:30 pm	Cafeteria Closed
	2:30 pm	Public Viewing
Sat 31 March	Time	Grades 9 – 12
	8:45 am	Arrive at your Exhibit
	9:00 am	Judging Round One
	11:00 am	Judging Round One Ends
	11:15 am	Workshop Schedule
	12:45 pm	Lunch in the cafeteria
	1:30 pm	Judging Round Two
	1:30 pm	Cafeteria Closed
	2:30 pm	Public Viewing
	3:30 pm	Return Home
Sun 1 April	Time	Grades 6 – 12
	1:00 pm	Public Viewing.
	1:50 pm	Students and parents gather in the Auditorium. Presenters gather in the Community Room.
	2:00 pm	Awards Ceremony in Althouse Auditorium.
	4:00 pm	Immediately after the Awards Ceremony, take down your exhibit, and return home.
	4:30 pm	Tables and chairs will be stacked for pickup.
	5:00 pm	Unclaimed Exhibits will be discarded.
		The cafeteria will not be open today.
