Registration for Teachers

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL – GRADES 4 – 8
Teachers must take the following steps to sign up their students.

1. E-mail the registrar with your name, the name of your school, the grade you teach, and your e-mail address. This step is for First Time Schools only. If you registered students last year, and still remember your School Code, then omit this first step.
2. Follow the instructions in this PDF form Instructions to Invite Your Students to participate..
3. You have to supply:
   1. Student Email Address
   2. Contact Email Address – usually a parent or yourself
   3. Student First Name
   4. Student Last Name

All students will complete their registration themselves through the on-line registration system, Science Fair in a Box (SFIAB) – found here

There is a limit of 10 grade 4-5 projects and 10 grade 6-8 projects per school.

HIGH SCHOOL – GRADES 9 – 12
Students in high school will register themselves. They will:

1. E-mail the registrar with their name, the name of their school, the grade they are in, and their e-mail address.
2. They will receive an e-mail from the registar with detailed instructions of how to register.
