Engineers_Without_Borders_workshop.

We have many opportunities for volunteers. We welcome all who would like to help with the science fair.

ACTIVITY DATE FROM TO NEED DETAILS
Set Up Fri 5 April 4:00 pm 6:00 pm 10 Set up the tables, table cloth, chairs and electrical facilities in the Althouse Gymnasium.
Volunteer Training Fri 5 April 6:00pm 6:30pm 30 Althouse Gymnasium.
Attendance is mandatory for all volunteers.
Registration Sat 6 April 7:30 am 9:00 am 8 Althouse Gymnasium.
Security Sat 6 April 8:30 am 4:00 pm 10 Room 2023. LDSTF Committee Members take 30 minutes or 1 hour slots
Security Sat 6 April 9:30 am 3:30 pm 2 Gymnasium. Volunteers take 30 minutes or 1 hour slots to guard the door. Only Judges, Committee Members, Volunteers and the Press are allowed in the gymnasium during judging
Student Support Sat 6 April 9:30 am 11:30 am 10 Support the students during judging, and solve any problems that arise.
Activity Sat 6 April 11:30 am 2:00 pm 4 Accompany one of the groups of students to their activities for the grades 6 – 8. Stay with them throughout.
Activity Sat 6 April 11:30 am 2:00 pm 2 Accompany the grades 9 – 12 throughout their activity.
Activity Sat 6 April 1:45 pm 2:30 pm 2 Supervise a 45 minute science related activity for the grades 4 – 5.
Awards Ceremony Sun 7 April 12:00 pm 2:00 pm 6 Put up signs; Welcome Presenters and Parents; Hand out programs.
Security Sun 7 April 1:45 pm 4:00 pm 2 Room 1139
Security Sun 7 April 2:00 pm 4:00 pm 2 Althouse Gymnasium during the Awards Ceremony.
Put the Judges Feedback Forms on the Exhibits.
Take Down Sun 7 April 4:30 pm 5:30 pm 6 Althouse Gymnasium
