Volunteer Opportunities

We have many opportunities for volunteers.

OPPORTUNITY	DATE	TIME	DETAILS
Set Up	Fri 30 March	2:00 pm	Set up the tables, table cloth, chairs and electrical facilities in the Althouse Gymnasium.
Registration	Fri 30 March	5:30 pm	Althouse Gymnasium. Ends at 9:00 pm.
Safety	Fri 30 March	6:00 pm	Althouse Gymnasium after the exhibits are set up.
Judging	Sat 31 March	8:30 am	Round One finishes at about 12:30 pm. Some judges are needed for round two, until 2:30 pm.
Security	Sat 31 March	8:30 am	Security is needed in Room 213 from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm. Volunteers can take turns in 1 hour time slots.
Student Support	Sat 30 March	9:00 am	Support the students during judging, and solve any problems that arise.
Activity	Sat 30 March	11:00 am	Accompany one of the three groups of students to their activities for the grades 6 – 8. Stay with them throughout, from 11:00 am – 1:15 pm
Activity	Sat 30 March	11:00 am	Accompany the grades 9 – 12 throughtout their activity from 11:00 am – 1:15 pm.
Activity	Sat 30 March	1:45 pm	Supervise a 45 minute science related activity for the grades 4 – 5.

Awards Ceremony	Sun 1 April	12:00 pm	Put up signs; set up Awards table; Wecome Presenters and Parents
Security	Sun 1 April	2:00 pm	Althouse Gymnasium during the Awards Ceremony. Put the Judges Feedback Forms on the Exhibits.
Fundraising		Ongoing.
